Importing in Outlook on Windows

1. Open Outlook:

- Open the Outlook application on your computer.

2. Open Import/Export Wizard:

- Click on the "File" tab.

- Select "Open & Export" and then "Import/Export".

3. Import Data:

- Select "Import from another program or file" and click "Next".

- Choose "Outlook Data File (.pst)" and click "Next".

- Browse to the location of your .pst file, select it, and click "Next".

- Choose how to handle duplicates (usually "Replace duplicates with items imported") and click "Finish".

Apple Mail

Importing Emails in Apple Mail on Mac OS

1. Open Apple Mail:

- Open the Mail application on your Mac.

2. Import Mailboxes:

- Click on "File" in the top menu.

- Select "Import Mailboxes…".

- Choose the type of file you want to import (usually "Files in mbox format") and click "Continue".

- Browse to the location of your .mbox file, select it, and click "Choose".

- The imported mailboxes will appear in a folder named "Import" in the Mail sidebar.

Importing Contacts

1. Open Contacts:

- Open the Contacts application on your Mac.

2. Import Contacts:

- Click on "File" in the top menu.

- Select "Import…".

- Browse to the location of your .abbu file, select it, and click "Open".

Importing Calendar

1. Open Calendar:

- Open the Calendar application on your Mac.

2. Import Calendar:

- Click on "File" in the top menu.

- Select "Import…".

- Browse to the location of your .ics file, select it, and click "Import".
